Synopsis: When a womanizing arsonist and his devil-worshiping disciples kidnap a mourning woman from a nearby cemetery to be their sacrifice on Devil's Night. The bloodthirsty pyromaniac plans to resurrect the nostalgic tradition of the holiday's fiery destruction when it comes to burning down old homes and torching abandoned vehicles in the inner city.
